Returns Policy

  • As Fundi offers a finance process, and all orders are processed on the specific pricing, we do not have a returns policy unless the product is faulty or damaged in any way on arrival or within 2 days of receiving the goods.
  • All Mid level and High level laptops come with Warranties, which ensures that the products will be covered, this coverage is based on each individual product warranty. Please note that each product comes with its own warranty conditions, exclusions etc please familiarise yourself with this to avoid future inconvenience

  • Entry level laptops and Tablets have a 1 Year Carry in Warranty should the unit be faulty, however, DG Store will ensure that the unit is collected should you not be able to drop it off at the relevant repair centre.

  • Should any product be damaged such as water damage or a screen breakage, the customer will be liable. However, Customers can obtain a quote on repairs.

  • No stock will be returned based on aesthetics, therefore, please ensure that the products you wish to purchase are the correct ones.
